FM Recrutement is the first firm to offer a structured solution for agricultural workers from Morocco. We were keen to create an alternative offer to posted worker placement agencies.

Our expertise has allowed us to sign two major agreements for the recruitment of Moroccan seasonal workers: the first in May 2022 with the Fédération des Maraîchers Nantais and the second in June 2023 with Légumes de France, the first market gardening federation in France.

Based in France and Morocco, we intervene at all levels of the recruitment process and we are committed to working alongside you in a logic of performance and results.

In partnership with the Moroccan authorities, we recruit only in rural areas, and pay particular attention to candidates with sustainable agricultural business projects in Morocco. This is why we place training and respect for the Earth at the heart of our action.
