The first firm to offer a structured solution for professional agricultural workers from Morocco, FM Recrutement has gradually extended its activities to all sectors facing a severe labor shortage. Current tensions on the labor market, amplified by competition between European states to attract a qualified and motivated workforce, complicate the task of French companies. Also, we see our mission as a commitment to serving their competitiveness.
Based in France and Morocco, we intervene at all levels of the recruitment process and we are committed alongside our partners to a logic of performance and results. Our action is in strict compliance with French labor law.
To carry out our mission, we have set up a strategic council made up of former heads of professional federations, but also experts in labor law, housing and association leaders.
