FM Recrutement is the first firm to offer a structured solution for agricultural workers from Morocco. We were keen to create an alternative offer to posted worker placement agencies.
FM RECRUTEMENT exclusively selects candidates from rural areas in Morocco who have sustainable agricultural business projects back home. The seasonal workers come to France for a determined period, highly motivated with clear objectives and designated employers. Their intention is not to settle in French territory.
Based in France and Morocco, we intervene at all levels of the recruitment process and we are committed to working alongside you in a logic of performance and results.
In partnership with the Moroccan authorities, we recruit only in rural areas, and pay particular attention to candidates with sustainable agricultural business projects in Morocco. This is why we place training and respect for the Earth at the heart of our action.
